A relaxation area to eat
In the same lineage as Insens, the restaurant invites you to relax and offers refined menus, parsimoniously studied and created by Jeremy Rosenbois. A harmony of tastes, a journey in itself.
When we move in, we are fine. The warm welcome is the order of the day and the taste discoveries are explosions in the mouth.
Lunch: two menus to choose from including a vegetarian dish, on the spot or to take away and in the evening: a menu or choice à la carte.
Service from Monday to Friday from 12H00 to 14H00 / 19H00 to 22H00.

Jeremy made his classes at Spoon and Alain Ducasse’s Bar & Boeuf Monégasque and now settles in Geneva. Each season will see the creation of new dishes reinvented according to inspiration, desires and imagined in respect of seasonal products. His creed: To propose a kitchen where the freshness and the smoothness are always tutelage, where the simplicity does not exclude the taste, where the well-being does not hide the gluttony and the originality.
